Anti-aging yogurt face mask takes a worthy place among the rejuvenating masks. I often find honey and yogurt face mask recipes as a remedy for aging skin.

That recipe is very good. Honey has all the necessary properties to improve skin condition. But honey is not the only product that can be used in the mask for aging skin.

It is well-known that during aging the skin loses moisture due to insufficient intake of fluid into the body. Also with age, stops naturally producing collagen in usual quantity and quality.

Many fruits contain natural acids that help to exfoliate old skin cells and to restore moisture balance. Vitamin C is containing in fruits participates in the biosynthesis of collagen.

I like to use green apple for anti-aging masks. This fruit is available at any supermarket. It contains a lot of vitamins and it’s not allergenic.

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 Tbsp of yogurt
  • 1 tsp of cornmeal
  • ½ tsp of olive oil

Wash the apple and clean it.

Cut it in half and remove the core.

Grate half an apple on a fine grater. Put the grated apple, corn flour and yogurt in a bowl.

Add the olive oil (you don’t need it for oily skin).

Mix all ingredients together. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes to get cornmeal swollen.

Apply the mask on your face and neck except the eye area.

Allow the mask to work for 15-20 minutes.

It would be better if you lie down on the couch for this time.

Remove the mask from the face with a sponge and warm water. Rinse your face with cold water and blot it with a paper towel. Apply a moisturizer.

You will notice the effect of the anti-aging mask if you do it regularly for 2-3 months.

Take care of your skin and you will have the experience of positive emotions when you look in the mirror.
