I like this recipe because I have sensitive skin and I use only sparing exfoliants.
- 1 ripe papaya
- 1 Tbsp of honey
- 1 Tbsp of ground oatmeal
Wash one ripe papaya. Cut it and remove seeds. Put the slices of papaya in the blender container. Make a smooth paste. You can use a hand blender or ordinary fork. Ripe papaya is very delicate.
Crush the oatmeal in a coffee grinder.
Mix papaya pulp, honey and oatmeal in equal amounts.
Spread the prepared mass onto the face. Massage the skin with light circular motions for 3 minutes.
Relax for 15 minutes.
Then wash your face with warm water. Use the special soft sponge from for that mask with honey is difficult to wash off.
Rinse the face with cold water to close the pores.
