Grind all together. Add the yogurt and mix until a uniform mixture.

In this case, an additional element is honey. Composition of natural honey provides deep cleansing and moisturizing of the skin due to its ability to penetrate into the pores.
The mask has very gentle structure and it is suitable for dry and sensitive skin as long as you are not allergic to these components. If you have oily skin – try to avoid avocado for face. Mask with honey will be more suitable for you, and yogurt should be low fat.
Our skin feels the lack of nutrition and moisture with age. This mask will help to refresh aging skin.

I do it the following way:
Wash the avocado. Cut it in half and remove the pit. Cut half of the avocado in half. You only need a quarter of the fruit for the mask.
You can mash the avocado with a fork. I grind up avocado with yogurt in a blender.
The resulting solution I mix with honey until homogeneous puree.
The mask is ready. I can add a few drops of aromatic oil of geranium or mint, depending on the mood.
Spread the mixture over face and neck evenly.
Don’t run around the kitchen and don’t do anything. Watch any program on TV or listen the music for 15-20 minutes until the mask nourishes your skin.
Are you rested? Now wash your face with warm water and rinse it with cold water.
Don’t forget about the rest of avocado. You deserve a good sandwich and a cup of flavored coffee.
Yogurt Oatmeal and Honey Face Mask
This recipe should be considered as classic home skin care. Very few women don’t know about this mask. Moreover, this really is not surprising.
These components have the benefits with all desired properties. It moisturizes, nourishes and exfoliates the skin. Products required for the mask you can purchase at any supermarket all year round regardless of the season.
The mixture works very carefully. You can use it for any type of skin choosing a different fatness of yogurt. The exception is allergy to any of the products in use.

Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder or blender for 5-7 seconds.
Add honey and yogurt and combine all products into a homogeneous mixture.
Rub the mask on your face skin with your fingertips. Massage your skin with light circular movements for 2-3 minutes. Do not stretch the skin.
Engage household chores for 15 minutes. Drink a cup of coffee or just relax.
Wash your face thoroughly with a soft sponge or cloth.
Dry your face and apply a moisturizer.
