There are a lot of different recipes of homemade fruit facial masks. One of them is banana strawberry mask. This mask has very gentle care and does not irritate the face. It is acceptable for all skin types including sensitive skin.
Fruit and berry face masks, I believe, love all women of the world. Preparation of all these masks does not take too much time and does not require unnecessary efforts and costs. Most importantly we’ve got big choice of different fruits and their availability in all shops and markets.
Perhaps it is needless to say that the summer season is the high level season for this procedures. Berries and fruits during summer are saturated with essential vitamins, which are so necessary for our tired skin after the winter time.
How to make fruit mask with natural yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 2 ripe strawberries
- 2 tsp of natural unsweetened yogurt (just for texture)
Mash the strawberries thoroughly. Make smooth puree from banana. Add yogurt.
Stir them all together.
Apply mixture onto your face avoiding eye area.
Keep mask about 20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
Dry the face with paper towel.
I do like homemade fruit facial masks. They are eatable. All of them.
